Thank you for choosing Silverback Stripes for your athletic apparel needs. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with any of your orders, future or present. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns for store credit or an exchange. Please read below for a clear understanding of our return policy.

RETURNS

To qualify for a return, please make sure to postmark your return within five (5) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email our customer service team at hello@silverbackstripes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship your return to:

    Attn: Returns

    RMA # [Your RMA Number]

    *Insert Silverback Address found in the label* [If not available please contact us]

    You can also use the prepaid shipping label included with your package. We cover the return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please allow up to four (4) days from the receipt of your item for the process to be completed. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
