By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to make a purchase from this website. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, products, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, or services without our express written permission.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Silverback Stripes sells athletic apparel and related products, including rash guards, grappling shorts, compression apparel, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gear, wrestling apparel, MMA apparel, and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, and specifications accurately. However, the appearance of colors and details may vary depending on your screen, lighting, production batch, fabric, or manufacturing process.

Measurements and size charts are provided as general guidance. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before ordering. Fit may vary between products, styles, and collections.

Our apparel is intended for athletic and recreational use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not certified protective equipment and cannot prevent injuries associated with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, MMA, grappling, fitness training, or other physical activities.

Participation in combat sports and athletic activities involves inherent risks. Customers are responsible for using our products appropriately and following the instructions of qualified coaches, instructors, and event organizers.

  1. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All products and offers are subject to availability. We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or change product specifications without prior notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation or begin fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or other unauthorized parties. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  1. PREORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, AND TEAM ORDERS

Certain products may be offered as preorders, custom orders, team orders, academy orders, event merchandise, or limited-production items.

Estimated production and delivery dates are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, customization, customs, carrier delays, supply-chain issues, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Custom-made, personalized, team, wholesale, preorder, and specially produced merchandise may be final sale unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order.

Any specific terms displayed on the applicable product page, invoice, proposal, or order confirmation will also apply.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except when a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes may be collected based on the shipping destination and applicable law.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time and may exclude certain products, custom orders, wholesale orders, or collaborations.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Silverback Stripes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law. Shipping claims must be reported promptly in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Products must meet the eligibility requirements described in that policy. Items that have been worn, washed, trained in, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original condition or tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, certain compression garments, athletic apparel, or other products may be non-returnable after they have been worn or used.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

  1. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We try to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or estimated delivery times.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when permitted by law. If an accepted order is canceled due to an error, any amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

All content appearing on this website—including the Silverback Stripes name, gorilla designs, logos, slogans, product designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text, packaging, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Silverback Stripes LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this website grants you a license or right to use our intellectual property without prior written authorization.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works based on our products, designs, branding, or content without our express written consent.

Third-party names, logos, event marks, academy marks, and collaboration artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used under applicable authorization or license.

  1. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion, tag, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You grant Silverback Stripes LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for business, promotional, advertising, and social-media purposes, subject to applicable law.

We are not required to keep submissions confidential, provide compensation, or publish submitted content. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
